This is the slowest Starbucks in the country. They always make sure my mobile order is ready 10-15 minutes late. It’s never even busy when they do it. I’ve started going to a further Starbucks because this one is so slow. Don’t ask where your drink is if it’s 15 minutes late either, they’ll fail to acknowledge their mistake, move slower, and let it sit behind the counter for another 5 minutes after it’s ready so that you can’t grab it.
Today I visited the place at 5pm, the girl who took our order was very, very nice and helpful, her coworker was also nice. The place was clean and well maintained.
Fast service and great quality drinks. My only concern is the atmosphere. If you stay long enough to overhear the staff, it often sounds like they're unhappy with the workplace, seems like the problem is the new store manager.
Nice spot to sip your coffee and relax.. also crew member Alesha, she is the sweetest person ever I have seen in Starbucks.. great communication skills, professional and very respectful crew member.
The store is perfectly fine when it comes to drinks, food and service, but it’s full of very uncomfortable wooden chairs with poor backs. They need to replace them with more comfortable chairs. Other Starbucks in the area have better chairs.
