If I could give a zero star I would. This is the Starbucks that I regularly come to and now, not anymore. I am a local out running the trail and in the Texas heat. I stopped in and asked for a small cup of water. I was denied water unless I purchased something. Well, I'm out running and I have no money on me. I'm overheated and needed water. Starbucks...if this is your policy to deny your customers a cup of water, then you have big problems. I'm absolutely appalled and dumbfounded at what just happened.
My service was friendly and immediate. I did a carryout, but the store is lovely and looks like there are lots of great places to sit and have conversations
Never have had an issue with this Starbucks but I guess someone wasn’t a having a good day in the establishment when I went this morning. I simply asked if the apple croissants were still available because they weren’t featured on the menu and received a rather flat and rude response from one of the baristas who was working in the background.
