Dear Starbuck Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your drive-thru. This was the second time I ordered fresh black coffee and received a cup that tasted extremely burnt and unpleasant. When I politely addressed it with the staff, I was told, “It is fresh and it is good,” without any attempt to understand my concern. Very nice Starbucks and they had great service
this is the only location ill ever go to. they always get it right and the baristas are very friendly and attentive! this crew rocks especially anastasia, virginia, and hannah.
