This store has gotten much better on getting orders out quicker! Keep up the great work! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
Customer service is good.. but their cold brew is always disgusting. I have given them so many chances but it always tastes the same.. nothing even close as what is supposed to taste like. Now even though this is the closest store to me, i avoid at all costs..
This is the only location in the metroplex that charges you for water. Definitely goes against company policy. As a former store manager,I’ll be making a call first thing Monday morning.
