ICED CAFE MOCHA WITH DRIZZLE AND WHIPPED CREAM!!!! This is NOT an iced coffee! 3 times they have gotten this wrong!
Literally the worst Starbucks in this area. I usually go to the store off 35 but decided to try this store because of traffic issues. But never again!! Drink was wrong, but what was upsetting was that I saw the manager roll her eyes and everyone had such an attitude about remaking it like I was being petty or something when I just wanted it to taste like what I usually get. I go thru drive to pick up and order and the girl with red or pink hair was extremely rude. It is too early in the morning to be rude to your customer. If you are NOT a morning person, then don't work an early shift. They need to retrain that girl on how to have good customer service and not be with an ugly attitude, I have never been to a Starbucks where to drive thru person is so moody & rude looking like she hates her job.
For the young lady at the window- thank you for the wonderful smile.
