The person at the cash register , was very rude, she was making faces at anyone who asked a question. This was around 4:50 am today. When I ordered my coffee (flat white) I asked is it from the brewed pots behind her or on the expresso machine. She curled her lip up and stared at me as if she could not comprehend my question and started making a gutteral "huh" sound. Train your staff on product knowledge and basic customer service. They don’t know how to make the drinks they sell.
I have been a loyal customer of starbucks for over 10 years and this is the worst and most rude place to customers that I have ever experienced. The staff act like they don't care about customers, ignoring them with indifferent eyes when I tried to asked for the cups of ice and they bluntly told me that they don't serve them and walked away. The worst Customer Service ever. They are rude And lazy, They don’t listen to their customers and they get the orders wrong. This is the first Starbucks that I’ve ever encountered that didn’t make the coffee right at all. The location at terminal one in Fort Lauderdale airport is dirty and the employees don’t care about Customer Service at all. I’m not sure why Starbucks has not done anything about this. I will never return. No recommend this place at all.
The cashier put my order incorrectly twice and would not offer to remake it. I paid both times.
