Girl that was working Tuesday night shift that has clear glasses and looks asian/chinese is very rude . Customer service sucks couldn’t catch her name.
I held an in-person meeting earlier this week with upwards of 20 others. The shift lead, Heather was incredible and extremely personable offering to help me carry items to my car. Our team would like to make this the centralized spot for team meetings due to great staff and community engagement!
Not only did they get my order wrong, they never replaced my drink. I sat for a our 10 minutes waiting for my drink. I didn't even get a full refund because he gave me a refund for the drink I had order not the drink the barista charged me for! Disappointing !
