Rude customer service and bad attitudes went at night and i didn’t catch her name she looked chinese with glasses very bad attitude. starbucks do better
We ordered online for pick up, got to the store at 9:30pm my husband walked in to get our coffee. They told him the lobby closed at 10pm and that he had to go through drive thru! (30 minutes from closing, they tuned him away)!!! Then we get in drive thru and had to wait after 3 cars for their orders! The app shouldn’t have even let us order ahead because it defeats the purpose. What I also hate is their snobby attitude! Can’t even be nice about things.
