The lady gave me my latte. I told her I’m waiting on a few more things. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. She made everyone else’s drink that was behind me… I told her don’t worry about making the strawberry açaí it had the name Mel on it. I waited patiently for 26 min. She said don’t make Mel’s as I was walking off.
The lady working there was giving us attitude and refuses to serve us when she was the one giving us attitude, don’t go here if you don’t want something to go wrong.
Rude with attitude. Poor customer service. Coffee was burnt, didn't want to bring it back. Not worth dealing with miserable barista ...
They were so incredibly slow that after 30 minutes I had to sacrifice my meal that I paid for, in order to not miss my flight. The worst part is that I was one of the people that waited the shortest amount of time. The woman who was waiting for her order for an hour and me share one thing in common, the frustration of having paid for something and not being able to get it because heating up two sandwiches is hard. The barista at the register wasn’t into listening to people’s orders and made choices for us. Ordered a short, soy cappuccino and got a grande whole milk cappuccino, when I asked for it to be made correctly, another barista looked at me like I was the one who didn’t under the order. They ended up tossing 4 drinks due to incorrect orders. Avoided this one if possible. Get a caffeine chocolate instead to tie you over.
