Employee stated personally they opened at 4 waited outside of business doors at 3:59 - then one employee me asked not to wait in the hallway of the airport ? For one minute ? I was being kind to ? Don’t need to be rude because they weren’t ready - hours say 5 online, maybe make that facts so the employees don’t feel so pressured and overwhelmed at 4 from boarding passengers to make coffee.
Begin at an international airport, I expect Starbucks to be slammed. Most airport Starbucks are. So I order via my mobile app and wait, while pursuing the folks also waiting for their morning cup of joe. This particular Starbucks had three baristas working, not a smile to be seen between them. Starbucks located at FLL Airport, Terminal B: We visited this location on August 23, 2025, in the early afternoon and left feeling extremely disappointed by the lack of organization, transparency, and basic customer courtesy. I am here on a Saturday morning and these women are AMAZING!!! Great service all the way. I read other reviews about employees with the grumples but these women are warm and friendly ❣️
They had only two girls working and the place was dirty. There is also a long wait for drinks. I did enjoy my coffee however, and they just introduced their pumpkin pepita slice and they warmed up to perfection and it was amazing.
