Terrible. No rhyme or reason for the order drinks are put out. If you get yours within a minute of ordering go play the lottery.
If I could give a 0 I would. While waiting for my flight, I ordered a venti Dragon Drink (DD] and a venti Iced Green Tea Lemonade (GTL) which i order regularly. We waited about 25 minutes for our drinks to be made even though there was about 4-5 workers behind the counter. I can forgive my DD for being made slow because 1 barista was in training. Thankfully there is another starbucks near gate A4 that was willing to fix my drink. This starbucks is terrible. The service sucks! The barrister are super rude and don't listen.
Terminal 1 Starbucks gate A Very slow. Don’t how to make mocha cookie crumble frappe 0/5. However, as a special for the day they have a bill board hanging out for frappe. Better choose some other location in same terminal.
We fly out of this airport multiple times a year and every time the service is progressively worse. Today, the ignored the customer in front of us and then acted bothered that we interrupted their conversation to order. There is never a variety of sweetness, napkins, stirring sticks, just the essentials and if you ask there response is if it’s not out they don’t have it.
