I have never asked an establishment for a refund or written a review in my entire life, but this place takes the cake for the worst service and most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen in my life. I live right next to this Starbucks, and have ordered from here 4-5 days a week for over a year now, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that more often than not my order is incorrect. Ordered a tall Pike’s Place. They wanted to charge me 70c for cream. I questioned and they confirmed. Been having this all over the country. So milk to top up the coffee is free while cream is 70c? Come on.

The girl behind the counter was not nice at all. She didn't smile She didn't say here's your drink. I asked for a straw. And she says, whether behind the counter you'll have to wait. No I said hand it to me. I've waited long enough we'll not come back to that place ever.

Really bad customer service, i came in on Monday at 5:30 pm and the woman who was working was really really rude, not even a hello or nothing just look like she was really mad,when she did my drinks she didn’t even told me that they were ready
