The new person at the counter today was not only so rude but the absolute worst coffee I have ever had. I think she’s rude so people won’t ask for a refund on the horrible coffee she makes.
I don’t understand how I can order my drink through the app and EVERY SINGLE TIME they make me an iced coffee instead of hot. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order the same thing every day. If it happened Here and there I would completely understand, but it’s a huge inconvenience for them to get my drink wrong every damn day.
Aleesha does a poor job as a barista. Didn’t ask what size I wanted and made my drink completely wrong
