Really bad customer service, i came in on Monday at 5:30 pm and the woman who was working was really really rude, not even a hello or nothing just look like she was really mad,when she did my drinks she didn’t even told me that they were ready
The service was great but the one and only employee was trying to do 5 to 6 orders at one time and as my friend and I were in car leaving to Phoenix both of out drinks were not made correctly I feel is employee had a little more help. The drinks could have been better.
Went there on Saturday July 20. Ordered a white chocolate mocha and received steamed milk with a shot of coffee. 2nd drink was supposed to be a vanilla bean frappe. Got milk and ice. The girl working was nice but overwhelmed with drink orders and had no help. Shame on management for having someone by their self when she obviously doesn’t know the drinks.
Order here most of the time and always have a good experience, order accuracy is 98%. Sometimes in store locations aren't as good but this is one of the better ones.
