Lobby was spacious, cozy, and warm, and my peppermint mocha Ethiopia was phenomenal. The speed of service was perfect, and I received green apron service from not only one amazing barista but the district manager for Elizabethtown, who took a second to help execute my order before heading out. Literally could not be any better. This was the perfect first impression of this region’s SBX service, and I am impressed.
I felt they did a great job today as this new location is always so busy! Very clean inside and out. Staff super friendly and Sunday afternoon was quiet/peaceful inside to read and drink my pink drink. Great job and thank you 😊
extremely slow, in the drive through for over 15 minutes with no movement.
One of the slowest Starbucks I've been to, it seems efficiency isn't something that was considered when this store was first opened. Several time, I've also had food orders messed up.
Just wanted to say my drink made yesterday afternoon was made really good. Whomever was working did a great job I placed a mobile order & picked up thru the drive thru I had a specific order not just an off the menu coffee & they followed instructions perfect! Thanks so much it was delicious!
