This is the worst Starbucks I’ve experienced. I ordered a Iced Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with cold foam but didn’t even add any cold foam on it and the coffee was really bitter and it tasted like there was no milk so it was basically like drinking black coffee and it charged us the cold foam that wasn’t added. We also ordered the summer berry refresher and it tasted really watered down and so much ice. Manager is so loud and yelling all morning. Blames her new employees for mistakes she is making. I feel so bad for the other employees at this store. Not a calm and relaxed coffee shop.
ordered a grande carmel oat milk frappachino and it came out not filled. WTH?
With 4 employees behind the counter, 1 cleaned slowly, 1 cleaned floors, the cashier stood and leaned on the register on her phone and the only guy making drinks gave another customer their order before mine was completed. Very poor service! Will not come back to this location!
$8 for a regular sized summer berry refresher and $3 for a small cup of coffee! How are prices like these getting normalized ?! Ridiculous
