We walked in hoping to get something refreshing and the girl with purple and yellow eyeshadow gave us attitude and rolled her eyes at us when we asked what kind of refreshers they had. If she doesn’t want to do her job, she simply shouldn’t work there. Made us walk out. I understand people have bad days but that was totally uncalled for.
I was looking forward to grabbing my usual drink, but this visit was pretty disappointing. The wait time was excessively long, and even when I finally got my order, it wasn't prepared correctly. The atmosphere was also very loud and cluttered, making it difficult to find a quiet place to sit and relax for a few minutes. It definitely didn't live up to the standard I usually expect.
The coffee or cream at Starbucks did not seem fresh. About half an hour after drinking it, I got sick. I ordered a “peak place” and the barista told me they needed to brew it, but after only 3 minutes my coffee was ready and it was very cold. I ordered it with a splash of milk, but there was way too much milk added.
The website says it closes at 9pm but they close at 8.
I had a very good experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, which made a big difference. The service was smooth and professional, and everything felt well put together. I decided to try the new mango lemonade with an energy drink, and it was honestly a great choice
