I’d like to leave a review for Sofia — she did an absolutely amazing job. We had very large orders, and she handled everything incredibly fast, efficiently, and right on time. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, especially under such a heavy workload. I also want to point out that this location clearly experiences a high volume of customers, and it would greatly benefit from having an additional staff member to support the team. Smh. You never know how your visit to this location will go. Some of the drive-thru people are great! Some are a drain on my energy. Today- not a great experience. The drive-thru person aka cashier or whatever was so rude. I wish I could take the tip i was low-key forced to add to my already overpriced order, back. She had black hair and I'm pretty certain was not a she..however not an issue..just my way of describing who I had issue with. No greeting. The barista was a friendly professional who quickly refilled my order after the initial order I placed online was snagged from the counter before I arrived to pick it up. They even upsized my latte out of the kindness of their heart.
