The customer service was terrible. The person who seemed to be the manager was really rude. I tried to brush it off since I’m usually pretty reasonable. But when I got home, the drinks were poorly made. I always order the same thing and have never had any problems before.I honestly felt like they did it on purpose.
This place and baristas are the Best. I would say it doesn’t get any better than this at Starbucks. If you have an issue, be willing to work with them. They will try to make your day.
I’m in this Starbucks often doing work. Will be in there for a while and see all the big surges of people. Especially when the high school lets out. Just want to say that the staff here works their ass off! They are nonstop pretty much all day and are very efficient at their jobs. On top of that, they are all super kind and have gone out of their way to help people with their drink changes, spills, etc. You all are great! Thanks
