My usual Starbucks on Randall rd was out of the way this morning so I pivoted to this location for a hot chai latte. I was extremely disappointed in the quality and taste of my drink, I feel like I paid money for hot water. Every time I visit, I’m met with an attitude and a roll of the eyes from the staff and then proceed to show me the tip option.
I had order myself chia latte and I asked for an extra cup of ice and the Manager said I had to go back to the line to get my cup of ice when she could have handed it to me right then and there. Very rude attitude and she works in the morning shift
I never write reviews, but this is my closest Starbucks to me and everytime I get a coffee(espresso) from here it has a particular taste, It tastes very burnt and just over all horrible. Even the syrups taste different as someone who worked at 2 two different Starbucks locations.... or they don't taste like how they are supposed to. The refreshers seem fine but the food also has this particular taste😭 Im concerned at this point because it's way too expensive for the quality to be this way.
