I love this little Starbucks. Whenever I am visiting my sister nearby, I always try to stop in!
We were having difficulty communicating with the cashier, so my husband politely asked if we could pull forward to the drive-thru window so she could help us better. She refused and said she didn’t want us waiting at the window. The drive-thru wasn’t busy at all—there was only one car behind us. She speaks both Spanish and English, so communication shouldn’t have been an issue. Very unprofessional customer service. This happened around 6:45 PM on 06/27.
Horrible service! I have never experienced such poor customer service, and it seems to be an issue specifically at this location. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. There was no greeting when I walked in, no acknowledgment, and the overall attitude made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately that was not the case here.
