Found a human nail someone bit off and probably spit somewhere or intentionally into the drink. No appetite anymore. Should not have to go into greater detail aside from how gross this is! UPDATED: Took about an hour to get a hold of someone who offered 25 dollars to fix the issue and then also removed the money from the account immediately! So not only did I almost swallow a human nail but got ripped off by Starbucks for what seems to me like a huge concern!
Normally use the drive-thru, I've been coming to this Starbucks since opened because it's close to home. Had an urge to use the bathroom after stopping at Puffy's Smoke Shop across the parking lot . Bathroom is for customers only I was told. Maybe they should instead say. You must buy something before you can use the bathroom. I am a customer. Well I was a customer.
