Your app gives the option for in person pickup when the doors are still locked, staff is rude, coffee was reheated from yesterday?
This is a military owned family store and they do not do military discounts. I asked for an iced tall matcha latte with light ice and it was the same price as a grande and they did not put light ice in it but a lot more ice than normal. The coffee was not hot but lukewarm warm. Update: I called the store and a guy named Ray said they can remake it so that’s a plus.
At this location they're always on point!! Super sanitary and very profesional!! Tonight "Jose " Took my order and his customer service was way above and beyond expectations!! Phenomenal customer service!! 🥇🎉👍🏻👍🏻
