Don't use the mobile app they don't even know what a vanilla cream is which is in the app I will not be coming back for service. A good Starbucks, but then that's all of them I guess.
Lady working in around 11:00am on 5/20 asked me if I wanted sweetener in my matcha latte. I told her however it normally comes because I have ordered it at multiple other locations and have never been asked that. She said well it doesn’t come with sweetener and I said okay then. When I got it it tasted nothing like it normally does so I looked up on the Starbucks app how it is normally made.
