I ordered a grande White Mocha with soy milk. When I first received it, it was too hot to taste, so I didn’t try it until I got home. Once I did, it tasted nothing like a white mocha—just milk and chocolate. I opened the lid and there wasn’t any coffee at all. It’s upsetting because you pay almost $7 for milk and chocolate. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time my drink has been made incorrectly, which is why I’m leaving this review.
Order completely wrong, I had to correct the cashier multiple times in my order still came out completely wrong. When she handed it to me and I told her that I didn’t say the word hazelnut once she insisted that French vanilla includes hazelnut not just vanilla. I also ordered two pumps of syrup and somehow ended up with 12 pumps in it no idea how that happened. Absolutely terrible service.
Not a place for a comfortable hang. Reminds me of a Chinese takeout. The type with four tables in it. What happened to the food display too?
