Stopped here mid day to get some work done but the music playing was so loud I couldn’t even think straight. I couldn’t even drown the sound out with my headphones and it was too cold to sit outside. It was so loud even the staff was yelling over it to speak to each other.
I’m going to be honest, this place is amateur hour.
The baristas that work at this location are very incompetent. I ordered the Dubai drink. They don’t know the difference between pistachio pump and the pistachio cold foam. Even after confirming with the woman at the window, “I want 3 pumps of pistachio”- she handed me a regular Iced Matcha Latte. I then instructed her that the drink is missing the chocolate cold foam and the 3 pumps of pistachio. They took my drink and gave me half chocolate cold foam & half pistachio cold foam.
