Was not warm and welcoming.
Too many people working in a very small space. Hectic, dirty and drinks never come as ordered. Some employees can be rude and many are chatting awhile you wait.
I’m all for giving businesses second chances, but unfortunately this Starbucks has disappointed me multiple times. On several visits, some of the employees have been rude, lacked basic manners, and seemed more interested in gossiping with each other than helping customers and giving a friendly greeting. To make matters worse, the drinks are often sloppily made and inconsistent.
