Horrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and showed the drink will be available for pick up in 8 minutes. Arrived at the store and all the staff just ignored me standing at the pick up counter for 5 minutes. Guess what? Turned out that nobody had made my drink. And the worst part is my pumpkin cream chai tea tasted like sugar water! Totally different than what I tasted in another store. Horrible experience on a Sunday.
I rolled in around 7:30 PM thinking I’d grab a quick coffee and answer a few emails. You know that hour when cafés are winding down? This team was doing the opposite—leveling up. Two friendly baristas greeted me with the kind of warmth that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.
