The Barista was rude when taking my order and my drinks were made absolutely wrong.
(Barista Abby) I just left Starbucks at 4:35 and had an unpleasant experience with a young lady named Abby. When I arrived, she was making drinks, talking on the walkie talkie complaining , and even attempting to make drinks with one hand. As I stood next in line, she never acknowledged me not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” I waited about seven minutes before she finally came over, looked directly at me, and only said “hi,” with no real greeting. Barista looked like she was having a bad day, not sure if it's because she was solo. My husband ordered a venti iced latte & half of it was cold foam & espresso grounds at the bottom of the cup.
The baristas are very friendly, and awesome at helping recommending something new. My drinks are always great! Update: They're still amazing!
