I am here everyday before and after work. Everyone is so friendly and if an accident happens with my drink they always fix it. As soon as I walk in they all greet me by my name and have my order memorized. I'm not great with names but Will, Sam, and everyone else working there are amazing.
I have never written a negative review, but this time I just have to. I went to my Starbucks (Dunn, NC) today. There was a car ahead of me, I waited 20 minutes in drive through. Finally got to the window, and asked if this was my order. It was not. I told the guy in DT, that the order was an extra hot black & white mocha, and a Blond latte, with an inch of half and half on top (not heated) and cinnamon powder on top.
