Fast, clean and always nice people working here
I normally have a great experience at this location and genuinely love coming here—the staff is always friendly and helpful. But this is the second time I’ve asked for light ice and still received a drink that’s mostly ice. It’s super frustrating when you’re looking forward to your coffee and end up with barely any actual drink. Please go easy on the ice —it really does make a difference!
I talked to ELENA. She was awesome. very nice and courteous! She was knowledgeable and very fast. I was undecided about what side I wanted but she was able to tell me the venti wasn’t a huge price difference from the grande so I was like yeah give me the big one. She Gave excellent customer service and super kind. I told her I wanted a pup cup for my dog and she was very gracious and understood my love for animals.
