I ordered a vanilla bean frappe with a Carmel wall and Carmel sauce. The cashier then proceeded to tell me that that’s “too much Carmel for one drink.” I then waited for my drink and there was only Carmel on the top. Not even the Carmel sauce I asked for was in the drink. I went back and ended up getting a new one after having to explain how and why they got my order wrong and the cashier responded with “I don’t know, I just work here.” VERY unprofessional. Big SHOUT-OUT to Sami the BEST employee I have ever had in a Starbucks. I have been to TONS of Starbucks alllll around the US/Virgin Islands. She was 100% genuine. From the warm greeting, outstanding service, and taking interest in our conversation meant the world to me. Will ALWAYS be a stop when I travel to Eau Claire.

Be sure to check your bags before you drive off. I ordered a drink and 2 different bakery items. Received 1 of the bakery items twice with no explanation or apology or refund about the missing item.
