The manager Joshua is very helpful he helped me out for the wrong order and very kind of him
If I order a COFFEE, I expect COFFEE. I ordered a coffee with extra shots and less milk and they still somehow manage to make it just milk. Ridiculous. This is why I don’t drink Starbucks anymore
I always ask for extra caramel around the cup, but this location never makes it correctly. I attached a picture of what they consider “extra.” Every other Starbucks has no problem doing it right, but this one consistently ignores simple customizations. If you can’t make drinks the way customers order them, don’t offer the option. Very disappointing.
