I am very upset. I ordered the customized drink I get frequently at this store, but this time I received less product in my Venti cup; the excuse was that I had asked for "light ice." I am paying for a drink, not for ice. I have always ordered this drink via the app, and it has never been served to me like this before. The staff here are always very friendly, the place is nice and I've always found a place to sit.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have come here countless times before work, after work, and for study sessions. I’ve normally had positive experiences and the baristas have always been friendly, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.
