Service and products are great yet the layout and logistics are weird.
Unfortunately had a bad experience this morning here. We ordered our drinks and food and the gal at the register was not paying attention to anything. She forgot to make part of our food order. Then they made multiple people drinks and not ours including those that also just got drip coffee. We waited like 20min before I had to go up and ask, and then they made our drinks and all we ordered was drip coffee and tea which takes like a minute to make. Drip coffee tastes burnt. Waited 20 mins for an iced drink! All the tables are dirty. Y'all are working with a skeleton crew, the staff deserves better.
