My 10 yr old Daughter had the flu and I'm disabled veteran with mobility issues. I came to Capitol Starbucks Drive thru Dover DE. and ask for a Cup of ice water to hydrate my kid because she was running a temp. I was denied a cup of ice water. I usually leave a tip when ask in the past. I offered to pay for the cup of ice. And was told I couldn't purchase a cup of ice. Always friendly and my drink is ready when i got there
Good is always undercooked and the people who work here are very rude
It is very common that this location has long wait times and will not direct cars to wait for their order in a spot but rather will hold up the entire line. Otherwise this location makes good drinks.
