I'd love to give it 5 stars because they are quick with mobile orders however, at least 1 time out of 3 my drink is not great. I do ask for small customization (no whip cream, 1 extra pump) but nothing major. When they get it right it's delicious. When they don't, I've literally had to pour it out because either all the ice is melted and the milk is now very watery because they poured the hot espresso on the top (it's not that kind of drink) or the espresso is so burnt and bitter it's like trying to drink draino. Pleasant environment and friendly staff!
We treat ourselves couple times a month. Staff are nice and pleasant. Facility is very clean. It's a Starbucks so the coffee is always what you've come to expect.
