Third time coming and I’m going to switch to another location. To start the lady that works the window every morning (older African American. I am also black btw) simply should not be at the register I don’t get it. I just waited again like I do everytime because another team member was helping her fix something on the register. I just wanna say the one in Smyrna is way better than this one because they always get my order right I asked for the cup to be lined with caramel and it clearly wasn’t all the caramel is at the bottom and I don’t wanna hear anyone say oh it melts it’s a cold drink the caramel ribbon crunch is a cold drink so why is all the caramel at the bottom and I just got the drink when I seen it through the window I seen all the caramel already at the bottom I don’t wanna just drink the sauce.
