Terrible experience. The staff were extremely rude and cold from the moment I tried to place my order — zero friendliness or basic courtesy. Then I found a hair in my coffee. When I told them about it, they acted like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. No apology, no responsibility, no solution — just complete disregard. The way they handled it was disgusting. I left the coffee and walked out. Absolutely unacceptable service. Never going back.

first time i ever go there and the lady asked if i wanted whipped cream, i said no, she gave me one with whipped cream anyway and when i brought it up she gives me an attitude saying "well that's what i asked you" and i responded "and i said no" the she tried to be all fake nice to me. like lady why are you being mean to me for a mistake that YOU made???

I come here everyday for coffee and they forget the customizations on my order pretty much every time. I don’t like having to speak up about it every time because I don’t want to seem like a difficult customer but it’s really frustrating especially when i’m paying so much extra for the customizations.
