Ordered a double 'long shot' espresso (lungo plain) and received a milky, sugary mocha drink instead. The baristas definitely need more training on espresso basics. Very pricey too. Disappointed with the service, and I will be avoiding this Starbucks location in the future.
Most of the people who work there are very nice. There is one girl who made a cappuccino that was like a latte. Ton of hot milk with a minuscule amount of foam. I complained and she made it again exactly like the first one plus a lot of attitude. I don’t know why some people can’t admit being wrong. Too bad.
They have the good days in the bad days. I’m here for a couple times a week and overall it’s all right.
This spot is very conveniently located. They have parking nearby and they have a pick up window. They recently renovated this location; it's a bit smaller now but it's less busy since it's a pick up only location. I love their caramel macchiatos, hot chocolate, marshmallow bars and graham crackers. I'd highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
