The workers were so rude and they don’t know how to spell my name. David is consistently rude to me and always gives me such attitude. I always get my drinks made wrong and anytime. I tell them they roll their eyes. The service here is terrible.
I visited Wednesday, October 1 at 11:40am and ordered an iced latte and pastry in-store. Despite no line inside and six staff working, I waited far too long—over 20 minutes—for a simple drink. Others who ordered after me got their drinks first, and the staff seemed disorganized, with the cashier not even recalling me when I checked in.
