They gave me a cheese Danish instead of a jalapeño pocket. (Messed up my order) They also served rancid whole milk with my matching green tea. Also, the barista handed me my drink before I could pay for it and refused to take payment before handing me my drink. Rude and terrible overall experience. 1 star.
Insanely slow, the amount of times they've backed up traffic from the drive through is crazy! Not to mention both times ive been in the drive thru its been 15-25 minutes.
Tell Karli to treat others the way you wanna be treated! How rude!
This store was disgusting! I can smell mold. My food wasn’t even cooked all the way. The wait time was 24 minutes for one drink. Was not even busy. And whoever the manager is, please fire that barista named Karli for her rude attitude towards me and my family. It was unacceptable and no one should ever be treated like that. Stop chitchatting and GET TO WORK!!
