The male staff took my order incorrectly, yet he got annoyed and even asked me if I had ordered wrong. The service was very unfriendly, and it was disappointing that they didn’t accept payment through the Starbucks app. They really need to improve their attitude toward customers and show more respect. Honestly, it was a bit frustrating.

I ordered a caramel brûlée latte with whip crème absolutely horrible so I went back and asked if she could give me more caramel she said no this drinks doesn’t come with a caramel dressing- I said that’s fine can you put pumps of caramel she barely did one pump and said this doesn’t come with caramel dressing- just tell me because I didn’t pay extra at the beginning of the transaction is why I can’t get it just horrible for customer service

When we arrived, a guy was talking to the buristas behind the counter. Not a problem since communication is key but to not even look at the customers who came in and act like we aren't there is rude and not good customer service. After a few mins, they asked for our order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with the egg on the side and a venti iced white chocolate mocha. I got my order and went to get napkins.
