I quit coming here because of the poor customer service I received. I took a risk since I was shopping in the area and stopped in. It’s like a completely different place now, the barista was smiling and joking around with me as he was making my drink and everyone was happy and pleasant. I came in, and because I had just bought a protein latte at a different store, I asked for a cup of water. The guy with the mustache took my order. Hé was bothered, about to deny me a cup of water. And he said “I will only do it this one time.” When my order came in, Hé had just given me ice. I had to ask for water again. Horrible customer service!
It's a cool business, you see. I pay seven dollars for an item, it turns out they don't have it in stock, and they give me a card for four dollars, just like in Russia.
Customer service was excellent!
Amazing and wonderful place everyone had a smile made my drink exactly the way I wanted it
