Table was dirty
If there’s no one in the store or no one in line why do I have to do a lap? Poor customer service.
Unfortunately, the staff at this location often do not prepare the orders correctly, and there are frequent mistakes with my order. In addition, some of the employees are not very friendly, and their attitude makes the experience unpleasant. I have decided that I will not come back to this store for at least five months after posting this review, to see if there are any improvements. I also advise other customers to be careful and check their orders until the service gets better.
Ordered a large mocha for my husband...he opened the cup and it was only 3/4 full. Complete rip off.
