For being by the airport, these Baristas move super slow, customer service is sub par. No one greets you, they practically ignore and act as if you run on their time. Third time coming here and the service - or lack thereof, is consistent. Low morale, trash cans are full, straw dispensers empty. Operational maintenance in this facility is poor. I
The line took a really long time to get thru the drive thru. It was 3oclock and it took a long time to get order. Was in drive thru line for almost 45 minutes.
Disappointed with the matcha, it only tasted like milk :(
