I came in with my son to get two special drinks my wife enjoys (she is Asian and this is an Asian type drink, with white mocha ristretto shots and half n half). We live in Camby now and Ive already ordered this all around the west side (Camby and Plainfield Starbucks especially). This has been the only time it's been so bad a review seemed worth it. I ordered identical drinks at other Starbucks locations and they taste great, on the occasion I get them made in the Danville location they taste nothing like they should, usually watery and flavorless.
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a more rude barista in my entire life. I was ordering my coffee, and the barista (I think her name tag said Dee), an elderly lady, asked me what kind of milk I wanted and rolled her eyes after I told her. She didn’t smile once at me, and had the rudest tone. She gave me dirty looks the entire time I was there, and I overheard her being extremely rude and yelling at a younger barista behind the counter! Great place to have coffee, quick breakfast, or a good mid day refresher! Always a great experience regardless of the time! Very well managed establishment. Megan is our fav barista and makes good recommendations! Always smiling and treats our kiddo amazing! (Love them cake pops!). Keep up the good work everyone! Highly recommend.
