After a poor experience with a staff member, the store manager Brittany and the regional manager LaTonya (hopefully I heard that right) went out of their way to handle the issue in an appropriate and very kind way. In a culture where it is very easy to be labeled negatively when a customer speaks to a poor experience, speaking up was hard. Thank you to these two ladies who care very much about their customers and their store for reaching out in a timely manner. 👏❤️
Love this location. The best one out of all of them. Not joking.
20 minutes and still waiting for my 8 year old’s favorite drink, vanilla frap. 3 baristas working the drink stations and the drink takes this long to make? Very slow service.
