I’ve never posted a negative review in my life just to give perspective on how awful my experience at this store was. I’ve never been treated so rudely. I called with my concerns and was hung up on twice. The first time was an “accident.” I know good help is hard to find, but damn. I’ll never be back! If you like waiting 30 minutes for an overpriced cup of coffee and being treated like trash by an entitled teenager, this is the place to go!
I don't know who the lady is who's always working here, but she's always so bubbly and nice! Me and my boyfriend went in today and ordered our normal drink, and forgot my cold foam. She took completely responsibly that she forgot and remade it, and I think there was a little extra lol, but she's so sweet! Always love this Starbucks, definitely a good one to come to!
