I had gone a day before I had order 2 drinks and one of them had a hair I called when I got home they said they were going to make a remake on both the next day. I’d like to preface that this review is intended for the franchise owners. Your Starbucks is understaffed. Having 3-4 people making everyone’s mid-day break’s coffee is horrible. Been here 2 days in a row. First day they handed me the wrong drink— and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. Second time, I am sitting at the booth and no one takes my order for 14 minutes. I pull to the window since no one responded to me.
