The iced coffee was good and the internet speedy. But the tables need to be cleaned.

I want to express my disappointment with the way I was treated by Miss Chelsea. She made me feel very uncomfortable and didn’t allow me to eat peacefully, even after I mentioned it was my grandson’s birthday. I had brought my small dog with me and explained that he is a service animal. My husband had the service ID card with him because, in the rush, I had forgotten my bag. Despite my explanation, she showed no understanding or compassion. This experience truly affected what should have been a special moment with my family
Please turn the music down. Sounds like a nightclub in there as early as 6 AM. People come to work and drink coffee at a coffee shop not listen to music. It’s highly annoying. Some mellow jazz or anything low key would do. Fix this ASAP please. I always end up having to go to Dunkin Donuts.
