After a very rude experience today at the Starbucks located at 131 Landing Blvd, Winter Haven, FL (check out my review on that location I posted for all the deets); I’m elated to know that Quality service Durant have to take a back seat just because it’s holiday busy. I went to Starbucks to see if I could get anything free for my birthday. They asked me if I had the app, I said no. They still gave me a free drink and wished me a happy birthday. I don’t want to mention the person‘s name because I don’t want to get them in trouble nor fired. I just appreciate getting a drink for my birthday(I did show my ID)
