I waited in the drive through about 7 minutes to be told that the scanner was down and I could not use my app. That should have been stated upon ordering. I was gifted a Starbucks gift card and was told it was easiest to load on to the app to make payments… I am not asking for free things but the barista should have said that at the speaker while I was ordering, my time is valuable.
