This afternoon, my husband and I stopped by this Starbucks location to have some tea. We placed our order—I went to find us seats while my husband stayed at the counter to wait for our drinks. Instead of the hot tea he had ordered, he was handed a cold one—and they hadn't even asked him what size cup he wanted. When he asked to swap the cold tea for a hot one, and reminded the employee that he had ordered a small cup, the employee gave him a huge one, adding that he wasn't going to redo anything else. Always a welcoming and warm experience. Walking in and being welcomed just puts this store above the rest. My drinks are always perfect and the baristas always make me laugh and smile.
