Went to change my coins at the coinstar, got my receipt and I chose to have a starbuck gift card, I went with the receipt to the starbuck store, they had no idea how to give me my gift card saying they never saw something like this before. I asked to talk to a manager and Emily said someone would be there Tuesday not today, I asked for the store's phone number they said to find it online. At the end another store did it for me immediately, the stuff sound disorganized and they didn't care.
