Why is water added when choosing the option for no ice???? I don't want ice added because I don't want my drink to get watered down. Adding water just makes the drink taste bad! No ice and no water should be added when ordering no ice. The drinks are already expensive and I won't be ordering if water is added.

I normally don’t post anything like this but lately by the drive thru they been leaving uncomfortable messages on my cup by the drive thru am happily married with a family for who ever wrote this on my cup. Hopefully this doesn’t repeat because I am a regular customer at this location and would like for the staff members to be a bit more careful and respectful with those messages.
