Arrived 5 minutes after my mobile order (4 items) was supposed to be ready—only one drink was there. After more waiting, I was told the rest was likely taken by someone else. Had to show my order again to get it remade (showed them 3 times). The final drink still came out wrong, and the whole process took over 25 minutes. Meanwhile, staff seemed more focused on chatting at the drive-thru than helping.
Unpleasant customer service. Always out of stock of products. Not up to par with the other Starbucks in the area. Last resort location.
Andy is a star worker here. Made my drink exactly how I liked it. His mustache is the eighth wonder of the world. Highly recommend! Oh, the drinks are good too
