Awful service. My ticket got forgotten so I had to ask for my coffee after the two people Behind me got theirs. And then when I got the coffee it has chunks all up in the bottom. When I brought it back instead of just accommodating me this Luana girl asked if I had a ticket…. Nope and neither did y’all bc you’re incompetent. Then it gets remade. I like cold brews
Apparently guests don’t care about cutting other people in line nor does it matter to staff that they want to stand at the counter and yap for 15 minutes while plenty of people are standing in line behind them. Be mindful - some of us have jobs and places to be! Talk on your personal time! Ridiculous. Didn’t even get greeted when I came in. Ended up walking out.
I bought Strawberry Crème Frappuccino® I know that sometimes it’s full, but I think workers should take the time to give a quality product, I always order the same and this is the second time they sell me, I pour water it had no flavor only ice with dye no fruit, it was full that’s why I didn’t go to return it... I won’t order it again it was my favorite drink, I don’t think I’ll order it anymore
