I’m beyond frustrated with this Starbucks. I ordered my usual drink with four extra shots of espresso (which costs an extra $5), and after waiting an unreasonably long time, they handed me a drink that clearly did NOT have the extra shots. That’s basically stealing my money. To make it worse, the cup was dripping with caramel, leaving my hands sticky and forcing me to ask for napkins—basic attention to detail was completely missing. I come to this location everyday single day , sometimes even twice a day ! The customer service is impeccable , the store is the CLEAN , the drinks are consistent and everyone is just so nice and kind in there. The manager does an AMAZING job at running the store and bri (one of the baristas) is absolutely amazing !!! She really shows up and shows out !
