This is honestly the best Starbucks I’ve been to. I go at all different times of the day and they’re always fast and on top of everything. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they actually work really well together, even when it’s busy. You can also tell they have fun and enjoy being there I love how they act with each other, it just makes the whole place feel more welcoming. I pulled up to this drive through to get 2 trenta ice waters. When I asked for that, the girl said I had to make an additional purchase. Well that must be new because I’ve done this many times at Starbucks. Whatever, ended up buying a water bottle and got one trenta ice water. I take a sip of the ice water and it tastes just like old moldy water. The ice machine and/or water dispensers need to be investigated at this location because I can almost guarantee there is mold. Always great coffee and a friendly staff!
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this Starbucks genuinely deserves it. I come here all the time before work, and Kevin and I are usually that group placing bulk orders for like 6–7 people with the most complicated drinks and a bunch of snacks and they NEVER mess anything up. I have to give a huge shoutout to Alicia, Mal, Malley, and Brady, but especially Mal. Mal is literally one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I filed a complaint over a month ago now with customer service on the Starbucks website because a manager and an employee refused to take care of my situation. A delivery truck driver blocked me into a parking place and refused to move so I could leave. I was stuck an had an emergency. I took photos and was about to file a police report. The Starbucks employee said the truck can’t move until the order is processed. This is disgraceful. I will never go to Starbucks again and have told everyone I know about this.
