I love Starbucks. The hot pistachio latte and the hot and iced became crunch. Lattes are incredible. The staff is always friendly and I truly appreciate them.
Waited in the drive through line this evening for 27 minutes. There was one car ahead of me, that car was not asked their order for at least 15 minutes, then we waited another 15 for them to get their order before I could receive my pick up. This is the 3rd time now that I am experiencing an excessive wait not during peak hours. This location must do better.
Ridiculous wait time for one drink.
Store is trying to falsely decrease their wait times by making people pull around out of the drive thru to the fire lane. Causing traffic jams and actual increased wait time for customers.
Love the coffee hear especially the gender neutral options love it!
