The shift manager had a problem with my order from the start gave me the wrong drink and wouldn’t fix it threatened me to not get my drink and food I paid for I was so upset that I went back and returned everything so disgusting with the lack of service they showed. I wish I could give zero stars
Yesterday I had experience. Very very crazy “I saw a metal steaming pitcher at Starbucks that was very dirty inside, with dried residue around the rim and walls. It was left sitting by the sink in an overall messy area, with spills on the counter and cleaning supplies around. The whole setup looked unhygienic and not well maintained.”
