Alexis did an outstanding job making me an excellent hot white mocha, it was incredible. Had some nice conversation with Piper until it turned political with her anti-trump rhetoric about the addition to the White House and American Debt, then once I mentioned that I was a Christian Conservative Republican, her face turned red, and I left. I have never appreciated a liberal agenda, but now I will be sure to never drink at another Starbucks and promote to the world not to support this type of leftist promoting coffee house.
I stopped by the drive-thru in the morning to place a coffee order for several coworkers. I apologized in advance for the larger order and also mentioned that one drink would be paid for on a separate card, apologizing for that as well. Instead of receiving a polite or understanding response, I was met with a rude remark telling me to order. When I reached the window, the barista, MARITIZA, was DISMISSIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Always good coffee. Since I've been dieting I've had to switch up the type of drink. Before I had 16oz vanilla with whip cream now I drink 16 Oz vanilla with soy milk and it tastes the same.
This picture shows how they served me a customized drink with cold foam..🙄😬 I didn't notice until I got to work( 3 min drive)and parked😡 . The drinks are inconsistent and they do not care about customer satisfaction. They get upset when THEY have to remake a drink and you feel the tension. They don't apologize for their mistakes and leave out ingredients for customized drinks even when you pay $20 for all the extras. They lack skills and customer service at this location.
