Staff had trouble prioritizing tasks. Taking money from customers should be more important than refilling ice coffee cups when there was no line. One person was filling beverage orders while 2-3 people were walking back and forth behind the counter, ignoring me while I was waiting to buy stuff from the grab n go coolers. Going to a different Starbucks to use up the balance on my card, then adios, Starbucks!
Friendly service. Order was ready when I arrived. Was greeted and wished a good day. Drink was made correctly and was so good
