Abby was such a delight to order from, she had a long line and took the time to talk to every person in a calm and friendly tone.

Couldn't process a simple order .. i ordered frapuchino "NO WHIPCREAM"
I asked for light ice and was told there was a $1.25 charge for light ice…I don’t know what to think about this! This has never happened to me at any other location….
