For the most part, the baristas here are awesome! There is, however, a woman named Liz who is absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She goes out of her way to be snide to people. Why she hasn't been fired yet? There is a case of nepotism. I am currently a regular, but I just can't stand this woman anymore, so I'll start going somewhere else, even if it's far out of the way. The turnover rate is high. No question as to why.
Order a drink than they tell me there out, after waiting 20 mins. PSL had no taste. CS is terrible and rude.
Very rude. Starbucks employees are typically very friendly and helpful but my experience here was quite the opposite. Seems like the three employees working this morning are not happy to be there. Elizabeth was quite rude and even yelled out loudly, "that is not yours." Not sure if it is just a bad day but will probably not go back to this location again.
Abby was such a delight to order from, she had a long line and took the time to talk to every person in a calm and friendly tone.
