Very rude. Starbucks employees are typically very friendly and helpful but my experience here was quite the opposite. Seems like the three employees working this morning are not happy to be there. Elizabeth was quite rude and even yelled out loudly, "that is not yours." Not sure if it is just a bad day but will probably not go back to this location again.
Abby was such a delight to order from, she had a long line and took the time to talk to every person in a calm and friendly tone.
Talk about friendly service. Grateful for their patience and quality service. They truly went above and beyond. We will be back soon to enjoy some fab iced coffee and donuts. Thank you!
Scanner not working for mobile app for weeks. Unfriendly staff. Make the trip to a real Starbucks.
