This Starbucks needs a new manager. Someone who knows how to operate the rush and give out correct drinks. They have someone running the show most mornings who has NO idea what she is doing causing long lines and incorrect drinks. Today I took the wrong drink twice and the second time just didn't have the energy to ask for the correct drink. This happens every time my family jokes that this is the worst Starbucks. This place needs a strong manager and employees who are trained properly.
Have been here a few times. When it is busy it can be tough to find parking and your order will take longer than usual. When its normal your order is made in a timely fashion. At least that is my experience but I dont go here everyday.

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely friendly atmosphere. One team member even went out of their way to thank me for my service as a healthcare professional, which I truly appreciated. While everyone was attentive, Alexis stood out the most.
