When they know they know each time I come they are know how I like my drink. Very friendly and excellent customer service
Store says it closes at 10, wow, thought that was great for a starbucks, since a lot of them close earlier. Well drove here 20+ minutes away since I live far. Arrived at 9:10 50 mins before supposed closing time, & waited 10 mins in front of the screen. No one says anything. Pulls up to the window, everything is dark. No one is there. If you close at 9 just say that. Waste of my precious, & valuable time.
