Updated review: Very disappointed after my visit today. I wanted a Venti Mocha frappuccino. Half of the time, when I order this here, it has cookies in it, the other times it does not. So I've asked, "How do I order this to get no cookies?" I was told to ask for a Venti Mocha Frappuccino without cookies. So I asked for that today. The cashier first started to hand me a frozen coffee, no whip. I said that's not mine. She said they'd remake it. Then she brought me a frappuccino loaded with cookies, with pristine whip.
