Always a good experience at this location. Staff is very kind and professional here. The one on touhy and Milwaukee is dreadful
Terrible workers. The staff is very rude and slow at their job. It looks like they’re all getting paid one cent an hour because the way they do their job is completely sloppy. Always have to wait for an unnecessary period of time just for one small black coffee. Other Starbucks locations are much better than this, this place is simply not it and I do not recommend for anyone to go to this place if they want to be surrounded in a nice atmosphere with nice people who can do their job right.
