Just experienced the nastiest rudest staff that I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks, today is March 24, 2025. I’m absolutely disgusted by the manager, whose name is Nicole who held my refund hostage because I wouldn’t throw my lid away after being asked to take the lid off because I asked for a refund.
