Extremely disappointed with my visit. I noticed a roach crawling on the counter, and another one inside the lemonade. This is completely unacceptable and a major health concern. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks, but seeing bugs where food and drinks are being prepared is alarming. It makes me question the cleanliness and overall hygiene of this location. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue immediately because no one should be served pests with their beverage.

I was able to talk with Mario the distract manager and he’s a gentleman. but what bothered me was when I went on a rant about Starbucks recent performance since and before the newly CEO appointed he was getting annoyed and said his store doesn’t need that negativity and he doesn’t care about other Starbucks out performing this one.
