Very rude customer service.
I get a different experience every time I come here, it's either the baristas greet me and are very sweet, or they don't greet me and are kind of rude, almost like they don't wanna be there. What breaks my heart though is their white mochas. White mochas are my signature drink every time, I don't know why my white mocha always tastes weird and completely different when I get them from this specific location :( I've never had a problem with anything else on the menu though, very great atmosphere and drinks.
Today I went into the Varrado Starbucks in Frys off of Indian School Rd & Jackrabbit Trail to grab my wife a drink. Anyway, after I entered I went to the counter and waited for, what looked like a Frys store manger was speaking to the "Young man and Young lady" behind the counter. While waiting I noticed the "Young man " playing with his little chin hairs. This is a great example of how energy flows from the top down. Clearly Management is not concerned about customer service and is more interested in Starbucks profits. I don’t mind paying for water if an establishment wants. I also understand Starbucks at grocery stores charge for the cup. (Completely understandable) this Starbucks however has employees. Imagine being told they don't serve water at a place that serves every drink- coffee tea and juice-, so I decided to get a dragon fruit drink. I watched them serve me 80% ice and 20% water and a splash of juice. God Bless America 🦅
