Went in Saturday March 14 and ordered two venti coffees told the gal and the guy working to remake or give me my money back on my drinks because the guy was taking out the trash then returned behind the counter and then started touching his face he had a cut I’m assuming since he had a bandage on it and was making the drink with dirty hands they just shoved our drinks towards us and refused to give us our money back

Two girls were helping me and my family out with our orders this morning. They moved like sloths and were acting like it was their first day on the job, taking about 35 minutes total to complete our order. My shaken espresso tasted like shaken rotten milk, I mean what’s so hard about making three shots of espresso and pouring a splash of milk over it. Is it really that hard?
