Stopped here on our way to visit family out of state, will not be coming back to this location. Ordered on the app, went through the drive thru to pick it up and the person misunderstood my name, then seemed to get upset when I said it again and they told us to drive around without clarifying they’d heard my name correctly. Got my drink and the message on the cup says “enjoy?” And there’s two holes in the sip top of the cup so it spilled all over me in the car. Great Starbucks, friendly and prompt.
I am speechless. The Baristas at this Starbucks were on another level. Specifically Mori, but everyone else too - I just did not get their names, Such kindness and warmth and help... I had not been to a Starbucks in many years. Largely, this is due to money; but with everything horrible that has happened this year, I wanted to make a little exception and take my kids in for a treat. I'm floored, literally crying tears of gratitude. I can't recommend this store enough, you won't regret it 🙏
